This fall the Rec Center offered the first all-male strength training program. The six-week GET STRONG program began mid-October with a wide range of abilities and a fun group of hard working guys. Trainers, Joe and Dixie led class members through dynamic warm ups, taught the principles of foam rolling and stretching, and reinforced important lifts and how to do them properly. With the program’s design, members were able to see their progress over the six weeks. Although this program was only a short time, the overall objective is for participants to continue strength training to GET STRONG(ER). Watch for another session in Fall 2019. Questions?
