As cooler weather moves in and seasonal classes return, please note the following updates/changes to the Group Fitness schedule:

  • Yoga at 9:20am on Tuesdays will remain outside through October 2 and return indoors on October 9
  • Yoga at 11:30am on Wednesdays will be moved to 12:20 – 1:05pm
  • Build and Burn/ Core returns to Thursdays at 5:30 – 6:30pm in the High Court
  • Step at 12:20pm on Thursday will move to the High Court
  • Insanity Live! on Thursday will now be 5:35 – 6:25pm and move to Fitness classroom
  • Yoga at 10:30am Fridays will remain outside through October 5 and return indoors on October 9
