Coming in October! Brenda will be teaching a Pilates class specifically designed for runners and cyclists.
  • When: October 1 through November 30, 2018
  • Time: 2 class options
    • Fridays 11:45am-12:45pm
    • Sundays 8:00-9:00am
  • Cost: $60 (one class per week). Checks only, but will not be cashed until class minimum of 5 is met. Participants must register by September 17. Payment must be made to reserve a spot in the class. Class size is limited to 9 participants.
