Registration is now open for the Summer 2018 WATTS program. WATTS (Weights-Agility-Technical-Training-Supervision) is a supervised eight-week program for student athletes that focuses on improving strength, speed, quickness and coordination through supervised weight training, core strengthening, plyometric and speed workouts. The students are trained in a very closely supervised environment of two students to one trainer.

  • Who: Student athletes 12-18 years of age
  • When: June 11-August 2 on Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays
  • Times: 8-9:30am or 10-11:30am
  • Cost: $195*

Maximum of 12 student athletes per time slot. *Students must be Rec Center members.
