Women on Weights 2.0 is a program that teaches women to effectively write their own program and put it into practice. The six-week program will cover many topics including programming basics, goal setting, intensity techniques and nutrition basics. It is open to all women – beginners, intermediate or experienced weight lifters. The program is geared toward keeping one accountable in order to get the best results!

Women on Weights will be held each Monday and Tuesday evenings from 6:30-8:00pm beginning on Monday, January 15. The cost is $90 plus tax and each woman who attends 10 out of 12 classes will receive a free WOW 2.0 t-shirt!
