Strength Training 101 is a free class that is open to both men and women who are interested in learning the basics of strength training. This four-week class will be held on Tuesday evenings from 6:30-7:30pm starting on Tuesday, November 28th. Class instructors Joe Enabnit and Dixie Peters will meet you in the lobby. Be prepared to do a workout when you arrive. Contact Dixie with any questions. Sign up at the front desk. Class size is limited to 10 people.
