“Create your own diet” by using the commonalities of health diets, along with your own health and disease risks. Here are some general steps to start on your path to discovering their personal diet:
  1. Record what you eat.
  2. Remove foods that keep you stuck and bring about cravings.
  3. Crowd out less healthful foods with healthy fiber rich ones.
  4. Practice eating slowly and mindfully.
  5. Offer gratitude for the food that you partake in.
