SilverSneakers® Classic is primarily a seated muscle-strengthening workout. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support while using hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers® ball are used for resistance. This class is suitable for beginning to intermediate skill levels and can be adapted for varying abilities and fitness levels. This 45-minute class is offered Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 8:10am and 1:35pm.

SilverSneakers® Circuit workout offers standing, low-impact choreography combined with standing upper-body strength work using hand-held weights, elastic tubing and a SilverSneakers® ball. A chair is available for support. This class is suitable for nearly every fitness level and can be adapted depending on the skill of individual participants. This 45-minute class is offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:10am.

SilverSneakers® Yoga will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and/or standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safety perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity. This class is suitable for nearly every fitness level and is offered Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:10am.
