Have you been wanting to try Yoga? Gentle Yoga for Beginners will be added to the schedule in October. This 6-week class will be held on Wednesday evenings from 4:30-5:20pm beginning October 4. In this beginner level yoga class, participants will learn basic yoga moves and breathing techniques. Participants must be able to get down to and up from the floor. For more information on group fitness classes, contact Riley.
